    go to myarkansaslottery.com. Click the play it again box. Enter the 13 diget number on the back of the card in the first box In the second box enter the 12 digit number on the front. It should be in the bottom right. You may have to scratch it off to see it.

        Like Grovel said go to the Arkansas web-site

          you'll have to scratch the bottom of your ticket that doesn't win,  and reveal some numbers

        do those first and then there are somenumbers on the back after that.

                 Any losing ticket is "play it again"
