I call it the Congo system because it seems exotic.

My theory in the lottery is to play systems that are dynamic in nature, rather than static expectations.

The CONGO System as follows.

It requires the use of tracking the LDR's (Last Digit Roots).

Take the draw today and plot the LDR right beside it.

Do this for all draws.

Now, write a star or identifying symbol of choice beside the Drawn Number, IF AND ONLY IF, the LDR that you determined, is also a winning digit in the same Draw Numero.

Now notice the sparse pattern this develops.

HOW TO PLAY?

RULE 1. If the star lands on a Double   DON'T PLAY.

That's all there is to it!

Example first. 197 is drawn, it's LDR is 7.

197   7 *

Now, deduct this number, (7), and play the pair in the next draw.

Cover all 3 positions for each number, creating 600 picks. ($150.00 Quarter bet, I know it's pricey, LOL)

The next drawn number will contain at least one of these digits resulting in a win. Remeber, do not play when a double indicator shows up, as this will make it impssible to play this simple strategy anyways.

In my example. 197 was drawn October 17 2008 western Canada, the following days number was 921, and following that day on the 19th, 718 is drawn, lets have a look at the chart.

         LDR - The star flags us to play the next drawing by eliminating that digit and playing the remaining pair in all positions.(2# Surebet)

197    7*  We play pair 19 tommorow for a lucky double win.

921    2*  We play pair 19, again, tommorow for a lucky single win.

718    6    We do not play tommorow, as this drawing has no indicator

828    8    We do not use this as an indicator.

557    7    Or this.

That's all there is to it. I have not backetested this for more then  a whopping 20 draws, but it seems to work.

Anyone know where i should begin for doing my own backtesting for a system like this, and I don't have excell but maybe willing to buy it. This pen and paper method is , well you know, hard on the head.

I understand it may seem like an expensive betting option. That's what backtesting is for. Lets say this nuonce of an occurance happens 12% of the time, and out of those indicators ( not playing on doubles remember), we win something like 60% of the time; It would equal a profit with a very limited drawdown, i'm sure a losing streak would not occur for too long a period of time, maybe a martingale approach would be advisable (Backtesting!!!!). Anyways, seems like an emotion free way to win with "little" risk involved.

Please excuse the lingo, by Last Digit Root, I meant Last Digit Sum!!!!!!

See the three # 4 LDRs? A special technique would be needed to avoid a filter failure there, after the first two 4s I should beware.

The Last Digit on the Right is the LDR or last digit of the sum.

Even stats such as this can be of use, at least for filtration.

The draws and those who run the lotteries being what they are, means that filters failures can't be altogether nulled, maybe just lessened, by now people know most of the filters "tricks".

Other kinds of visual stats other than what we see here on this post could better show the movement of the LDRs patterns.

Still this kind of stats have very nice filtering uses, that is why I insisted on having them made.

The most enfasis is on using short sections of past draws for filters stats instead of very long histories, it is less trouble.

Of course, stats of long histories also have their good uses, but a person can do with only short sections if he or she has to and it is more practical, it all depends on a person's technique, some techniques might use 1 to 3 Thousand past draws or more, I like best methods that use just a few draws, this way not as much software is needed.
