I like to use one-word or two-word usernames with an adjective and a noun, or two nouns. That started when I used the name "Cracker Neck" which I took from the name of a valley and stream that is a short right-angle tributary, a neck, of a creek. That use was driven by my study of topographic feature names and the general lack of available usernames. Since then I've used comparable combinations, such as Lobsterfoot. When I came here, Longarm came to mind, and was available.
