311 is the Police code for indecent exposure. LOL I was arrested for Indecent Exposure once. A cop asked me for ID. At that particular time all I had on me was a paycheck. When the cop saw how little I made that week, he arrested me for Indecent Exposure. Sorry, ya'll, but I couldn't resist the urge any longer. | | |

But after you do this you have to check the box above the person's quote. If you leave the box unchecked, that person's quote will not be there with your reply. | | |
