RI  dictates the game with p4 eve on the p3 game as far as am concerned on the east side.

for the daring ones most times 3 digits show from RI p4 some where just enough time for play if u know what to look for or pairs if u know ur pairs.

just test this and see for ur self.

    CAN YOU PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT YOU MEAN BY THIS STATEMENT PLEASE???  ARE YOU SAYING THAT RHODE ISLAND'S PICK 4 NUMBERS DICTATE WHAT PICK 3 NUMBERS WILL FALL UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST?? IF SO, WHERE?? IN WHAT STATES???

    DO YOU HAVE ANY EXAMPLES TO SHOW FOR THIS OBSERVATION OF YOURS ????
