Todd,
Could it be possible to disable Links that are sent to me in Private Messages? It can help prevent the possibility of accidently clicking on the link in the PM. I would consider this to be a Security enhancement; like most email, you have the option to enable or disable it and help keep the baddies out. ____________________________________

Don't forget to click "Report as Spam" on any PM you get where the person has clearly mis-used PM to send spam. On top of that, your idea definitely has merit. Thanks for suggesting it.

No, not getting SPAM; however, when someone sends a link, we would like to prevent the possibility of accidently clicking on it until it is security checked. ____________________________________

If it's not broke (a problem): Don't fix it! A mind once stretched by a new idea never returns to its original dimensions!

This is a Proactive Security measure, not a Problem report. If you want to be Proactive: Don't click on any links in your Private Messages until you Security Check them. A mind once stretched by a new idea never returns to its original dimensions!

"...prevent the possibility of accidently clicking on it..."; hmm, appears these words not registering. If you're that accident prone (paranoid): You should restrict you're own computer usage, not everyone elses. A mind once stretched by a new idea never returns to its original dimensions!

"...the option to enable or disable it..."; uh-huh, not registering. I guess this is when you stage a PM Event: Where you send out PM's with Unsafe Links in them to Prove Your Point that it's a Big Problem (Security Exposure) and needs to be Fixed! LOL!
PS: If you don't use one: You should consider using a HOSTS file. (It'll keep you from going to unsafe websites when you click on unsafe links) A mind once stretched by a new idea never returns to its original dimensions!

Your replies have not changed our opinion on this matter; although, it has made you suspect as to why you would be apposed to such an option. ____________________________________
