If a new game is proposed before it even comes online someone will claim they have a system to beat it.

Beter yet and even more entertaining, someone may claim to have already beaten it!

Any theory about reducing odds, no matter how outlandish or inaccurate, will generate more play.

The lotteries make more money off of people who think they have a system, or have bought systems from people who say they have one than any other players.

Ironically expanding a matrix, which is bad for the players, increases the amount of play with the lure of bigger jackpots.

No mater how much the record-to-date jackpot amount that gets hit, there will always be people who want to win a bigger one.

People who boast of their "superior" math knowledge and systems ironically destroy their own credibility.

Any discussion board, gambling in general, lottery, or other topics, will attract attention whores.

If you only have a couple of minutes left to buy your tickets before they cut off sales, the person in line in front of you will realize they were schoolmates with the clerk and start a conversation about all the mayhem they created when they went to school together way back in the early 2000's.

You mean your telling us people in Tn go to school?..SHAAAAAAZAAAAM ANDY!!!...

Well, those two I referenced are the only two in my part of the state but we're dang proud of em.

One is now Night Manager at Ali Baba's Texaco and the other one's workin as the Assistant Lube Technician at the Dixie Doodle Oil Change, Bakery and Septic Sludge Pumping Co.

Nothing will sell more tickets than a store having sold a jackpot winner.

it never fails when you drive to another state to but tickets someone else in the state you drove to wins the jackpot.

Those who claim to know a lot about the lotto will go on and on telling you they know a lot about the lotto, but somehow don't get to telling you what they know about the lotto.

Wow, I had to go back to page 3 on Dec 16th of last year to remember saying that.  But yeah, never trust a clerk at a convenience store. Check the ticket yourself beforehand and if it's a winner, sign it before you hand it to one of those guys. Some of em will steal your eye teeth.

Luckily I live in TN and most of mine have been knocked out already by big ol hillbillys in some legendary bar room brawls.

A college physics professor once stated a curve ball doesn't curve, it's an optical illusuion caused by the rotation of the ball and the seams.

The college baseball team's pitcher and catcher told the professor to get in the batter's box. The pitcher threw a curve and the professor dove down, knowing the ball was going to hit him in the head. The catcher and umpire laughed as the ump yelled, "STRIKE".

That professor has been selling lottery systems for years.

When someone asks about a certain system and person after person who has seen it, bought it, and tried it sayd forget it, it's junk, someone will invariably say where can I get it?

And this is what system sellers rely on.
