  Hi Steve... thanks again for such a great..... well thought out and highly visual pieces of work.

  MI.... 18 in a row without !   They call those "Outliers" in statistics.        I call 'em ....." Stinkers"  LOL

   Puts me in mind of the strategy of ..... Betting on the2nd most due stinker strategy.  

  Like I always say.... they can hide one thing......but they just can't hide 2 things. 

   Things like this are such shockers to a new system.... They can be discouraging or great opportunities.

    This MI deal now reached the " MAGIC Six "  level of being due.( 6 times normal expectation) 

   From this point on .....its a smart play.  A couple of lucky filters ....and its good to go.

   P.S.   Steve.... it just occurred to me.... this is sure a long way from years ago with the 1000 ping pong balls and the cloths dryer !   LOL

It would seem that you need rules to play Golden Oldies as I posted in your other thread.

The 27 - 10 - 4 rule.

Look for doubles @ 18 combinations beginning with a certain digit (see your thread)

Look for no-match @ 40 or more

If the above occurs. Look at your states skips stats.  Play only when the skips is at zero, one, or two.  Stop at 3.  Wait for 1000 Golden Oldies to hit again.  Don't play if Golden Oldies has hit 3 or more consecutive times in a row.

So for example, with the post from yesterday Midday Tennessee 1-6-1 Straight.  Tennessee doubles starting with the digit "1" was at 18.  Meaning that there were 18 doubles combinations starting with the digit 1_ _.  The 27-10-4 Rule.  10 doubles average and Tennesee was at 18.  Thought that was a good play.  Check the charts on your other thread.

The chart below is for Midday State draws.

It tells you how many combinations that have NOT hit based on the first digit of a "double" (see letter A), "no-match" (see letter B), or "triple"

So for example, you will see the digits 0 through 9 in cell range D5 through M5.  This represents the fist digit of a "double combo".  So for example, if you look at Gerogia Midday in cell D10 you will see that there are a total of 16 doubles that have not hit from the list of 1000.  The average is 10, (see cell range D35 through M35). This is the current list for Thursday Midday October 29 001,002,003,005,008,020,030,033,040,044,066,070,077,088,090,099 (16 straight combos) If you want to verify this go and click GA3M toolbar in the States Tab for GoldenOldiesMidday and then go to the Playlist Tab cell BZ32 and you will see all 16 Doubles beginning with the number zero (0).

So look at your state and find any Doubles combination over the average of 10 (see cell AJ35).  Any "no-match" combination over the average of 27 (see cell AK35).  Any Triple over the average of 4 (see cell AL35).  It would also help to play based on the skip chart for midday in the previous post to play after a hit from the Golden Oldies List.  Don't play if a Golden Oldies list has hit in consecutive times or is at a skip of 3 or more.  This might cut down on the number of days you can play.

Look at Tennesse Midday cell E23 with 18 Double combinations from the Golden Oldies. 110,112,113,114,115,116,118,121,122,131,141,144,151,161,181,188,191,199 (see Tab labeled "Playlist" cell BZ33)

I guess the "Golden Oldies" rules should be:

1.  Look at your state and look for the following in the "Stats2" tab in either the GoldenOldiesMidday.xls, GoldenOldiesEvening.xls, or GoldenOldiesCombined.xls and look for the following:

"Doubles" - Look for numbers over 10  (Starting with 17 or 18)

"No-Match" - look for numbers over 27 (Starting with 39 or 40)

"Triples" - look for numbers over 4

Or you can use the (10-27-4) Rule if you will.  Look for numbers way above the average.   For example Georgia and Tennessee in the previous post.

 

2.  Look at the "GoldenOldiesSkipChart" tab and look at your states skips.

If your state has had a continuos string of Golden Oldies hits (3 consecutive skips of zero) of 3 or more don't play (your discretion)

If your state has a current skip of 3 or more DO NOT PLAY.

If your state has a current skip of zero (0) or (1) then play.

 

3.  If the above rules are a "GO" then go to the Playlist (make sure you run the calculations for your state by going to the "State" tab and click your states Toolbar) then click the "Playlist" tab and scroll over to cell range BZ32 through BZ56 for Doubles, No-Match, or Triple combinations that have NOT hit (Golden Oldies)

 

4.  Elimination methods is to use only the digits from the last draw or previous 2 draws.  This will cut down the number of draws.

Hmmm 118 came out Midday straight in Tennessee today from 17 combinations.

161 came out Midday Thursday stright in Tennessee from 18 combinations.  Hmmmm.
