Anyone care to share any tips or strategies for picking a hit. I'm interested in learning how to come up with winning workouts. Is there a method to this madness. Lol  cause what I'm doing now is not working. 'm currently tracking prs, but only for past couple of months. I do the basic 123 workout and try to keep up with numbers that haven't shown. Any tips?

God bless you and yes the favor is yours. See sometimes the numbers can come different ways to I try to go around the numbers I feel my be close to it or fall and play. I like your numbers I really like the 890 891 157 893 you really have some great hits sweetie, blessings to you....I have posted some numbers already that I did play but alot of them .50 tonight because not sure, however, sometimes when I have a feel on a number I put more into it and tonight is not really one of those nights. Hello well everyone does something different on here and yes I know about the 123 workouts and there are plenty of other workouts on here I know there is a website that has all the different workouts that may be of intrests to you just follow the numbers and see what works best for you cause I use so many and I really back track numbers to be honest and what may hit and then pray that number hits unless I see that number 2 or 3 times ....
