Below is a link to the Golden Oldies Excel file for a single state. In this example, Georgia Pick 3.

http://rapidshare.com/files/301163952/GoldenOldies.xls

The first 3 Tabs are:

1. "M" = Midday

2. "E" = Evening

3. "C" = Combined

Each one of the above Tabs has 2 Toolbars.  There is a Toolbar for Adding a new drawing and second Toolbar for deleting the most recent drawing.

So, if you want to add a new drawing just click the Toolbar labeled "Click To Add New Drawing".  You just need to add your new drawing in cell "E20"

Next, go to the Tab lableled "States".  Their are 3 Toolbars at the very top.

1.  "Click To Copy 1000 Midday Draws"

2.  "Click To Copy 1000 Evening Draws"

3.  "Click To Copy 1000 Combined Draws"

Click any one of the above Toolbars (Midday, Evening, or Combined).  This will copy 1000 draws into the "States" Tab.

Next, click the Toolbar labeled "Click To Copy 1000 Draws To "Calculations" Tab".

This will calculate the 1000 draws.

Once the calculations are completed you will be taken to the "GoldenOldiesSkipChart"

Cell range C5 through S5 and also cell range E8 through S8 will show the skips for the Golden Oldies which are any draws that occur where a Pick 3 combination was over 1000 draws or older.

In cell range U4 through U13 (Doubles), cell range U16 through U25 (No-Match), and U28 Triples.  This numbers in these cells are the total number of combinations, by beginning digit 0 through 9, that are over 1000 draws or more.  In cell column "X" you will see the corresponding double combinations that are 1000 draws old.  So for example, you will notice in cell U4 there is a number 16, in cell V4 you see the number "0" and in cell X4 you see all 16 double combinations that begin with the number "0".  001, 002, 003, 005 etc., etc.

If scroll down further to cell X34 you will see all the combinations that have hit in the last 1000 draws.

This Excel file has Georgia Midday, Evening, and Combined draws.  You can replace the draws with your states drawings.  Of course if you don't have a Midday draw you can just use the evening "E" tab andonly use the "Evening" Toolbar in the States Tab.

Thanks Winsomeloosesum for all your hard work.

Is there suppose to be a formula in cell E20 down on the calculations tab. Where are those numbers suppose to come from? Because there is nothing in the E20, E21, etc column, I am getting a lot of errors and blank cells on the calculations tab. Is this correct?

P.S. I still have the files from 2007, I read somewhere that you could not find them.

Steve, nicely done, was hoping you would create one for single state. Very much appreciated.
