I am happy to announce the latest lottery tool now available:  Pick 3 and Pick 4 Positional Wheel Generator

Based upon a similar wizard-style interface used by the Quick Picks Generator, the new positional wheel generator for Pick 3 and Pick 4 games is very simple to use, but offers a tremendous depth of control over the exact wheel output.

The new tool is for Gold and Platinum members, but free members can still test the tool right up to the point when the wheel is created.  That way, free members can evaluate the tool and decide if it is something they wish to upgrade for.

Platinum members get an extra set of filters that includes every form of filtering now available in the Deflate tool -- that is, they get A LOT of filter choices.

Also, the tool includes an extensive help guide, as well as context-sensitive help, so all the terms are fully and clearly defined.

The best way to figure the tool out is to experiment -- which is pretty fun to do.  I think you'll find that the positional wheel generator is an awesome tool for generating a set of combinations that fits a specific crtieria you have in mind.

In addition to the new positional wheel generator, I have also implemented numerous changes throughout the site.  Casual observers may not notice many differences, but they are there.

Among the changes:

  • Smaller and more compact code for each page should make per-page download times a little quicker.
  • Functional improvements to iPhone Edition of the site that also includes support for Android and webOS devices.  (Such as the new Motorola/Verizon Droid and the Palm Pre.)  The site will correctly identify itself as "Android Edition" or "webOS Edition" for the newly-supported devices.
  • Better animation and "page masking" for many popup windows.  (Page masking makes a popup window "modal", so that it must be dismissed before moving on.)
  • Added Arkansas to Lottery Results Flash map and list of choices every time states are displayed.  (Also new 3-column menu display for selecting a state from a menu.)
  • Improved coopying to the clipboard in several places to support more browsers.
  • Fixed some minor bugs with text editor
  • Some final updates for IE5 browsers (probably the last I will ever do for that browser) just to get certain pages working.
  • So many other minor changes that I couldn't count them all.

Very cool indeed! It's nice to have Pick 3 and Pick 4 wheels to go along with the other wheels on the site. Thank you!
