Starting Monday, Fla players who purchase a $5 Sherlock Holmes ticket with a "Lucky" stamp at a 7/11 will receive a free $2 Holiday Tripler scratch-off.
It's similar to what they're doing with the $20 raffle tix that aren't selling, where if you buy one between now and 12/24 they'll give you a $2 scratch-off.
