What little 'lucky' thing do you do in regard to playing the lottery? Do you have a lucky charm? A 'medicine bag' full of them? Rabbit's foot? Do you wear a certain article of clothing when buying? Turn your hat backwards? Do you only buy from certain retailers or a certain clerk or only on certain days or a certain time? Do you say a prayer, recite a mantra or affirmation? Keep your tickets in a 'lucky' spot? What little thing do you always do for luck? I sit in the corner of my room, on the floor, and bang my head against the wall until my ears start bleeding profusely. Then I sit back, throw my hands in the air while ranting some words unknown.

This is a good topic. I'm not sure if what I do is superstituous but, I do it right before I play my numbers. I simply tell the machine, "I have just as many chances to win as you. So, just like me, ONE mistake and I win". It's more geared up to ward off fear than anything because gambling and fear don't mix. If I'm scared to play I'm scared to win because I have an equal chance at both. Hey, may as well play!!! Seems to work for me. L.L.

sully16, We've got to know, are you going to get a Damon bobblehead?
It's Lotto, not horseshoes or artillery! Close doesn't count! I sell everything at a loss but make up for it in volume - Milo Minderbinder, Catch-22 There are two kinds of jackpot winners...the ones who remained anonymous and the ones that wish they had.

Naw, never. Many, many moons ago the New York Jets were known as the New York Titans. Anything that says New York Titans on it is worth something. There will come a day your McGwire bobblehead will be, too. Wonder if Todd will ever put LP member bobbleheda in the bookstore!

Coin, I have been trying to find your pyramid. How long have you seen one? Is it like the Enquire's "Blue Dot?" ( never worked for me) or is it one of those, advertisements where you can buy an actual novelty pyramid statue? thanks
Oh and thanks, I think it was sully , who first introduced putting the "8" in my plastic lottery wallet. I do that now.
Aside from the $50 I won on a fluke scratcher, I haven't been winning much, not even my fantasy five two number replay, But I still play daily and SLP twice. For all of you REAL system people out there, I guess Im now in the area where my numbers are "cold?" Cause they havent hit at all in a while which is rare for me. But my goal is to play them regularly no matter what. So I keep shelling it out.
Just waiting my turn family, just waiting my turn.

A weekly tabloid called The Sun runs the pyramid once or twice a year usually, it's something that you just cut out of the paper and fold to form a pyramid. It's Lotto, not horseshoes or artillery! When someone is in front of you at a scratcher machine, seeing what kind of ticket they get and getting, or not getting, the same kind. It's Lotto, not horseshoes or artillery! Close doesn't count! I put my ticket in my wallet, next to the cash, figuring that if I treat it like money, it'll BECOME money
