I have been asked by a friend to play in partnership with them, I have no dislike for them; but I just don't know if it will bring me grief later. Is any one doing it? What is your experience? I am trying to make a wise move here.
It's not "them", It's you. Everywhere you go there you are! *Jr$ina

And If I say no, will I ruin this friendship? Only if you win a jackpot and still say NO to sharing it. * that which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *

Only if you win a jackpot and still say NO to sharing it. RJOH, I believe that would not happen, definetly not on my part. The love for money don't run that deep with me to go as far as to betray a friend. I will always make my choice for my friend over money; not just talk I have done it! The thing is I am not sure about her, not sure! It's not "them", It's you. Everywhere you go there you are! *Jr$ina

"The thing is I am not sure about her, not sure!" I think you just answered your own question here. If you're not sure about anything, by all means, don't do it. Friendships/money = oil/water, they don't mix real well. People get very funny about their money, you would find that out if/when you won a substantial prize together. The tables can turn very quickly from "ours" to "mine". Be safe and headache-free, gamble alone. This sport is a solitary one, everyone plays their own unique way. Even when you go to a casino, you'll see people playing slots and other games with their little rituals--rubbing the screens or holding their lucky charms. Lottery playing is no different. You have your numbers, other people have theirs.

What is a Lottery Playing Partnership: It's a Lottery Pool comprised of two persons, and will have the same problems encountered in any Lottery Pool.
Reviewing previous discussions on Lottery Pools will reveal the Problems encountered. A mind once stretched by a new idea never returns to its original dimensions!

Tiggs thank you my friend, and all the other Lpers for your wise advice, I will tell her let's keep the frienship and fly solo on the digits. Besides Tiggs, I'm already busy with a little project I undertook to keep a person I know laughing all the way to the you know where! It's not "them", It's you. Are you saying if you won a lottery jackpot on your own without any help from your friend, you would share it with them to preserve the friendship? I don't have many Friends, as I define Frienship; I am sort of an extremist when it comes to being a friend I am all the way In! And Yes, to the few friends I have I would share my winnings with them, and they would not expect me to share half, if they took no part in the purchase or the selection of numbers. and if they did help I would not hold back half from them, my thinking would be hey! I started with Nada!! It's not "them", It's you. Everywhere you go there you are! *Jr$ina
