I prefer to call them the "lottery gods" - although the Lottery Fairy would technically be one of these lottery gods. The lottery gods are a spiteful and arbitrary bunch. On one hand, they tantalize lottery players with untold riches and make the common man think that they are going to win the jackpot even though it is nearly impossible. If some person is "lucky" enough to win the jackpot, the lottery gods regret their decision and cause the winner to spend his or her winnings foolishly. Other things that the lottery gods have done to frustrate man include limiting Powerball and Mega Millions to two drawings a week, not allowing Sunday drawings in certain states, putting limits on how many people can play a certain Pick-3 or Pick-4 combination, and inciting relatives of the winner to beg the winner for a share of the money. Oh Oh, sombody didn't get the P. 3 and the P.4 for Ga. I haven't played since January 2 and I have no real intention to anytime soon. Unless I state otherwise, I am referring to numbers in straight order. I cannot predict lottery numbers, except that there will be no winning number tomorrow in Nevada. In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play! | | |
