Florida just announced that the 6/53 Lotto will now have a starting jackpot of $2 million instead of 3.
Well, that's a good way to kill a game...LOL.

CAN'T WIN IF YOU'RE NOT IN
A few years back Ohio had Super Lotto (6/49+1) with a starting jackpot of $4M and rollovers of $2M. It got too expensive to fund when out of state players stop playing so Ohio came out with an improvement Lot'O Play with $2 tickets and a smaller jackpot. When that didn't catch on they came with another improvement Classic Lotto (6/49) with a starting jackpot of $1M and rollovers of $100K. Florida should have announced the reduced jackpot as new and improved and maybe changed the name of the game.
