Does anyone know what town or city New York lottery draws for pick 3, 4, lotto etc.?

Not sure but would love to pay a visit and observe...

"If you are interested in attending a live lottery drawing, you can contact the Lottery's Press and Community Relations office at 518-388-3415 to make arrangements to view the drawings from our studio in Schenectady."

Taxijohn, is it not from Albany??  I believed I heard once that it was Albany, New York.

 The drawings for the Daily Numbers and Win 4 games are held at New York 

Lottery headquarters in Schenectady.
There are 20 ballsets (10 for Midday drawings and 10 for Eveningdrawings) in "rotation" for a one month period.
A random selection is conducted prior to each drawing to determine which ballsets will be usedand their position (which tube) in the machines.
This process is conducted by a Lottery Program Manager and Assistant and witnessed by anindependent auditor. The Lottery Program Manager and auditor
independently record the selection results on their paperwork. Theindependent auditor verifies and signs off on what the Program Managerhas recorded on the official forms.There are four drawing machines which are in rotation with each drawing.The evening machine on any given day is never the same one as the onethat was used earlier that day for the midday drawing.Thank you for your interest in the New York Lottery.
