I don't chase after boxes....waste of time.

By the way the straight vtrac 254 was long overdue and hit yesterday as 148 after more than 800 draws out, ie some 14 days out.

How do you divide the states and DC? I try to stick to the census "quadrants" as much as possible. You gave me an idea I want to follow through--test ting these out vtracs on these states groupings.

Some are easy but a few defy easy categorizing.

DC and MD --inlcude with North or South?

Okay, I am reading the above statement in a previous response. The first step is to look at the states in which you had successful results on March 9, 2010.

Get the map. Start at the top with the east coast.

East coast pick 3 lottery participating territories.

Tri-State

You can make sub groups from the states above with connecting states. It is up to you as to how many states you want for each group. For example,
