There are lots of LP members who post 8000+ numbers every day on the prediction board and never match anything close to the winning numbers in any games.  Does that mean lotteries are being fixed so LP members who predict for bragging rights and not money are being cheated too?  Or could it mean that the odds of having the winning numbers are such that even the numbers you think about playing would be losers if you played them.

    In 2005 New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg hit 5 numbers out of 6 in the Powerball and won over $800,000...He bought the ticket in Washington DC...4 years later he single handedly got New Hampshire to impose a 10% gambling tax...New Hampshire went from having no gambling tax what so ever to a 10% tax...About his numbers...He supposedly bought 4 sets of 5 Quick picks(20 numbers)...But when he left the store and got into his car, he saw that he only picked up 3 sets...The store clerk came out to his car and gave him the set he left...Just thought this bit of info may fit this Conspiracy thread well...

      If he believes giving 10% of your lottery winnings to the government is the right thing to do then certainly he donated 10% of his winnings to the government, right?

      I know he did. Otherwise I would consider him an SOB.

        i dont think they do but they could if they wanted to, i am split half the time i think they can do it the other half i dont think they can do it but they could do it if they wanted to...The lottery is a cartel..YOu know what cartels can do...I think they could be the inventors of the UFO´s...They can do magic...

        The reason why i think they could do it is because i´ve seen discrepancies that makes me think that they do choose the winners but not all the time...dont ask me to explain the discrepancies...i think they have been doing it just every now and then...

        and something else i think they do is: like they can read predictions from this site, and do pretest and if they dont like you and one of the predictor´s numbers came on the pretest or actual drawing they will do an additional pre-test/drawing for spite just so you dont win...One of many reasons why if i could do predictions i will not do them...If i ever do predictions it will be for a foreign country...

        i am remembering the movie: Swordfish when the hacker says: What you only fantasicy he does, well those are cartels...You know who could win 80 pick3 drawings in a row? Cartels because they do what you fantasicy...There are so many theoretical theories out there in so many countries that a regular person dont know about, well cartels can get those books and stuff...the average person can not...Cartel can travel to different countries/states check out the latest, when the masses only read the latest 4 years after the first time they have appeared, cartels can read every book in a bookstore the average person cant not...

        thinking bout it a second time i think they do it...i think they do it every now and then...If you look at my systems and you think i´ve discovered something great..Guess what i didnt discovered nothing such technology have been known since the 80´S or 70´s....By who??? Cartels....Whether is the OIL CARTELS, airline cartels, Powerful people, whatever...It has been known...Tell me to who do search engines belong to...Not someone with money because is through search engines that you find out about stuff...

        what am i trying to say is: if they want to do it, purposely make a combination play they can, they CAN do it....

        i am glad it exist but just so you know..you know like a: really disabled person or someone with a stroke or whatever....

        Scientists, geniuses & nerds work on stuffs to purify salt water and on stuffs to make any hair straight.

        The Forex trades: 1.6 Trillion dollars EVERY day, that´s more than the GDP of the Carribbean Central America, COMBINED. Enough to feed every crook out there for centuries...To all Geniuses & Powers Countries of the World the Planet needs breakthroughs in all Medicine, Veterinary, Biology related fields, Psychology, Population Psychology/Sociology..They need to genetically ingeneer new plants species/types to give more variety of plants and thus have more resources for combating diseases¨
