  by this i mean that rich people should have their own pick4, pick5, pick6, Powerball...thought about it after i saw Oprah on tv...

  Imagine a race with 1K people, half are 15 year olds and women and the other half are male bodybuilders, all competing in the same race...Who will win...

  You think that $1 is something for someone rich...You may be able to play 1 time once a week Pick5 and that 1 time you might spend: $3 on 3 tickets and some cigarettes, beer, chips who knows....A rich person can spend $50 or $100 or $200 everyday every week of the month and it will be NOTHING FOR HIM/HER...Beating you to it to the jackpot, over and over...

  We all dont weight the same financially...It will be kind of difficult because then people will know who is rich and who is not when they see you go to the rich terminal but i am sure things can be circumvented...

  The question is: Dont you think that rich/well off class should have a well off class/rich lotto...should have their own pick4, pick5, pick6, Powerball...

  Powerball has millions of players that play every week...But a wealthy Powerball only needs: 100,000 rich people to spend: $300 which by the way they can afford and it will be: $30 MILLION...

  If 100,000 rich people from across the USA play $1K per week (which they can afford) it will be: $200 million per week that the Rich Powerball will be offering...Could you 1 imagine a: $200 million Powerball per week playing once a week...

  and all you need is: 100,000 people or less than that: 50,000 well off people or even: 25,000 well off people playing per week......Or even: 12,000 people and even 6,000 rich/well off people playing every week...

  Same thing is with Pick4, or Pick5 or Pick6, or Pick3...I dont think wealthy people PLAY!! pick3 or Pick4...

  so the question is: Do you think Wealthy people should have their own: Pick3, Pick4, Pick5, Pick6, Powerball..

  Why should Stallions & Thoroughbreds run along side with ponies and donkeys...

  plus is more money for the government...plus rich people can send someone to play for them or call in...

  it doenst have to be a lotto it can be a game some sort of game, mind game, etc, etc, anyways you get the idea...

  The Forex trades: 1.6 Trillion dollars EVERY day, that´s more than the GDP of the Carribbean Central America, COMBINED.   There's no difference between a poor man's dollar and a rich man's dollar, they're both the same, the difference is in the persons spending them.  I doubt if a rich man would spend $10 trying to get a $50 pick3 box hit and a poor man shouldn't either but he has the freedom to spend his money in any way he sees fit even if doing so will keep him a poor man.

  Rich people do not need the lotto or lottery. Rich gamblers go to casinos and gamble in high roller games. High rollers also get special treatment in casinos. They gamble in a luxury setting not at the corner grocery.

  High roller think nothing of wagering thousands and hundreds of thousands when wagering. A punny dollar is nothing to them.

  Numbers are where you find them.
