HK076, That's true for the average person, however Gail Howard started out saying "at least one big wonner a week" follows her system. When all states allow winners to remain anonymous some clod will want a press conference.

BobP, That's not what the info. in the OP sounds like to me, read the bolded: Howard left thebrokerage business in 1983 to concentrate exculsively on lotteyhandicapping, and to publish her lotterynewsletter. She used to playregularly herself and had a 12 month winning streak in 1984 and 1985,during which she won 72 lottery prizes. But now, she says, her handucapping chores take up to 18 hours daily, and she rarely has time to buy a ticket. That's why I've been saying follow the money trail and think about where the real money is, in playing, or selling information telling others how to play.
The software has been finished for years, cept for the recent update to windows, what on earth could she be handicapping that takes 18 hours a day, it isn't for the software or the customers and if not to play makes little sense to me.
However, it may be there for another reason. At some point many customers and potential customers write and ask exactly, step by step, what to do to win and she needs a good reason why she can't answer that question. She has sold enough copies of books and software I don't doubt she averages a, "Thank you for a good win." letter a week.
The big money is winning a jackpot. Selling systems is likely a good living.
It isn't always that hard to win money . . .

I'm liking her charts to pick possible numbers but I'm doing everything on paper and I don't like the wasted combinations when I place them in a wheel. Looking for a better way to put together my picks. I had not heard of her either until I visited this site, I'm the only lottery nut I know locally so it never came up in conversations Luck is when opportunity knocks and you answer.

This is from a 1991 Globe Mini Mag. I'm putting it in Discussions because it's not about systems or a Gail Howard system, it's about Gail Howard. Howard, a former stoikbroker and trader in commodities futures, writes about handicapping lotteries from her Manhattanheadquarters....... howard left the brokerage business in 1983 to concentrateexculsively on lottey handicapping, and to publish her lotterynewsletter. She used to play regularly herself and had a 12 monthwinning streak in 1984 and 1985, during which she won 72 lottery prizes. But now, she says, her handucapping chores take up to 18 hours daily, and she rarely has time to buy a ticket. _______________________________________________ So you tell me, if you're that good at winning from the lottery are you going to stop playing to pump out lottery information, or is the real money in pumping out the lottery information. Seriously think about it. Someone "knows how to beat the lotto" and rarely has time to buy a ticket?
When we consider the top prizes when Gail Howard began, she had to hit one jackpot a year to match what she could make selling lottery information. In 1983 there were very few lotto games, the top prize for most of them was under $1 million and those were divided into 20 yearly payments. As lottery games grew, the market was there and Gail made a nice living selling lottery information. Today with all the multi-million jackpots and if Gail is still working 18 hours a day on her methods, she probably buys QPs when she plays.

Regardless of the game, whether it's casino games, horse races, sports betting, or lottery, beware the tout. Don't put too much stock in anything someone says when they're advising you what to bet on while not betting on it themslelf. When all states allow winners to remain anonymous some clod will want a press conference.
