A while back we had a thread on Lottery Urban Legends and several people have mentioned them in their blogs. Let's take it a step further and do a thread on Lottery Conspiracy Theories, or the Lottey Tin Hat awards. Occassionally there's a pretty far out thread here on LP, and we've all been in line to play our tickets and have overheard somde pretty outlandish stuff. Here's a few, for starters: - When you play advanced play your are programming a RNG what not to draw.
- Certain zip codes are assigned the winners, the drawing is a formality.
- Never play the day of the drawing.
- Play XXX tonight, straight, it has to hit. I know someone at the lotto office. (This excludes the Pennsylavania 666 scam. Hey, they got caught, after all.)
- 776 and 1776 always hit on July 4th.
- Make sure your Pick three totals XXX and you'l have a winner.
If you ever win a jackpot are you going to remain anonymous (if possible) or wish that you did?

i have it on good authority, from an old spook i knew. that the lottery is one of the CIA's biggest black accounts, that pays its budget, almost as big a budget as its drug running and hookers income. sometimes they even pay enemy defectors by giving them a winning ticket. after they have defected. how would they know the ticket was going to win if the game wasnt rigged? My favorite lottery conspiracy theory was the one that said that the Tennessee Computers were fixed so they wouldn't let any doubles fall. That way they got to keep all the money people bet on doubles without having to worry about doubles coming up and having to pay them. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Everyone knows that could never happen! That would be cheating! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! I'll never forget old whats-his-name...

Another way to fund the NWO with global taxation on banks. But the federal Reserve is the biggest scam of all time in my opinion.

The first 3-digit number in the first AP article of the day in your newspaper will be tomorrow night's Pick 3. This only works in certain states. Two of the members here know which states, but they can't tell anyone. If you ever win a jackpot are you going to remain anonymous (if possible) or wish that you did?

Paranoia runs rampant among rank and file lottery participants. Okay, here's the REAL scoop: The lottery is used to pay the expenses of California's "Witness Protection Program", including moving costs, surgeries and identification changes. Those anonymous 'winners' are actually former witnesses in major underworld crime figure court trials. I knew it all along!! (smile...)
