I bought 5 $5 of the new Money Money Money here in Ohio and won $20 on 3 of them so I turned around and bought 3 $20 scratchers and lost on all 3 :(

Went to publix and got a single Jubilee 026 and hit $200! Knew I had a good one when i accidently scratched off an "N" all the way on the right. was thinking its $100 but to my surprise matched 7 spots that added up to $200

What are those "N", "T", "L" letters that appear next to some of the prizes on lottery tickets. What do they mean?

I've been 18 for about a 5 months and every time I play the lottery I dont know what those numbers mean.

They stand for the prize won for instance TWY for twenty or $20. But i believe for most part the codes in georgia are irrelevant as i saw what looked to be losing codes on a winning ticket....

Well, I was thinking about not buying any scratch off tickets today, but I said "It's Friday, maybe I'll win tonight." Guess not, thanks for nothing IL Lottery...

James, you are correct about GA codes. In Ga all prizes up to nineteen dollars spell what is won on that ticket. For prize amounts of $20.00 and above its three random letters. I've noticed that most big winners have codes that make it look like a loser if you were not paying attention to what you were doing. CFN, BMN, VFN, CVT, BMS are just some of the loser codes that could be winners. GA does not put letter codes on $20.00 tickets. However, starting last year the lottery added a scan feature on all tickets so they can be checked at a self scan machine.

At a local store someone hit the top prize on the $5.00 lotta bucks ($300,000) and the code on the ticket was BVC. I hit $10,000 in 2009 on the $10.00 extreme green ticket (Extreme symbol $1,000) and the code was SVC.

Which brings me around to saying that I like letter codes, something that FL does up to $500.00. I lived in FL in 2007 and hit the gold bar twice on the gold rush game. I knew that I had a $500.00 winner before I even scratched off the gold bar because I accidently scratched the letters, FHN off first. Do they still have that game in FL? 1 in 175 to hit 500.00 is just unherd of in GA.

First Jubilee top prize of 3 million hit on the 23rd in Baldwin Fl, the same store that sold the 500k ticket in March...you have got to be kidding me.  Looks like you have to live in Baldwin or Tampa to win any real money.

I think it's time to boycott these Cubs tickets for two reasons, 1. the most I've won on them is $4.00 and 2. The Cubs just plain stink (I'm a Cubs fan) and I can't buy a product that promotes a Double A team right now. BOYCOTT THE CUBS TICKETS!
