Step 1: Make a vertical list of the last 30 days of the Mid draws and Eve draws separately.
Step 2: Start with Mid list first.
Step 3: See which numbers is overdue within 30 days only, in the first, second, and third positions. And see which numbers are the second most overdue 30 days only.
Step 4: Set up the numbers for SPECIAL wheeling.
Real Example: Based on the past 30 days Mid in California....
Step 1: I made a 30 day list.
Step 2: Chose Mid first.
Step 3: After careful examination I determined that the most overdue number in the first position was 0, and the second most overdue number in the first position was 1.
The most overdue number in the second position was 8 and the second most overdue number was 4.
The most overdue number in the third position was 0, and the second most overdue number was 9.
Step 4: Set up the numbers for SPECIAL wheeling.

Now, the special wheeling is formatted below using the numbers above. Use this setup as a template for whatever numbers you're using in your state.

Next, make combos for each pair starting from the first one on top...04X...To make a full combo by replacing X with 0-9 would cost too much. But there's a way to reduce cost by using the following filters. NO DOUBLES........NO ALL EVEN NUMBERS........NO ALL ODD NUMBERS.............NO ALL HIGH NUMBERS...........NO ALL LOW NUMBERS
