A long time ago I shared a system that is similar to this one. Many people had problems with the way I explained that system. Here is the new one, updated, and more simple.
In this system we will be using single numbers only. NO DOUBLES. Only work with single numbers that have 2 odd and 1 even or vice versa. Do not use all even or all odd numbers with this system.
Here are the PARTNERS for each number...
1-3
2-0,4
3-1
4-0,2
5-7,9
6-8
7-5,9
8-6
9-5,7
0-2,4
So for instance lets take Illinois 10/7/2011 (E) 487
You always will use the number that is different than the others which is the 7 because it is the only odd number.
You will keep the 7 and use the partners of the 4 and 8.
Your Pairs should look like this (any order)
70 72 76
The next thing I want you to do is take the Partner numbers and add 3/subtract 3

Note: this doesnt work all the time but it does work sometimes. Test in you state to see how if this can be used or if you can tweak it to work for you.
