PA is a little better lately, but still not near what they were 2 years ago. I have gotten nothing over $200 in 3 years of playing in PA. Seems GA, FL, and MA have a lot of big wins. I chose MA. | | |

There is a reason PA has only 2 votes - they randomize predictably, they screw whole areas, they don't put many big wins in, and they have bad odds. | | |

This it tough to answer seeing as how I've only played Mass tickets with the exception of a handful of RI tickets. However based on payouts + the available second chance drawings Mass has to be the best. I have a friend from Ark though and I love the second chance points for prizes system they have on top of 2nd chance games but they're overall payout I dont think is very good. So yeah I'm happy to be a Mass gambler. Now if only we can get a casino out here. Scratchies for the win! We are in a two-party dictatorship. You want change ? Vote third party | | |

Georgia by far they do a great job in distributing tickets .Prizes are won quickly and new games flood the market every month. | | |

Hey Evil! I just moved back to VA from FL and I live in southwest VA, rural coal mining country and the scratch offs are brutal here. I faired pretty well in Jacksonville and miss playing the tickets. I think they have a serious distribution problem here. Even the retailers say so. I used to buy $20 tickets like crazy in FL but I have to put in serious thought now so much that I play Pick 3 now. Lol, just my opinion but not sold on VA. | | |
