I hear ya! Do you know what's the best wheel to play just my tag numbers? There 23 numbers. I would eliminate the numbers by type. 10‘s, cold, hot. Could probably eliminate about 3 to 5 making it about 18-19 numbers. I would also consider using two power numbers. Three power number is too difficult to get. Yeah but even with 2 power numbers anything over 18-19 numbers is just too many to wheel effectively. I think you are definitely on the right track doing 7 numbers in a 5 with 5 right wheel. I'd rather do that using multiple wheels (say 2 or 3) than one big wheel and possibly still miss out on the bigger win. | | |

I wanted to know how your thinking worked. I agree with you. Another thing is this. We as humans are always doubting ourselves. What does this have to do with the lottery? Well, let me explain. If you look at my tag numbers, there are 23 numbers. Now if I wasn't such a 'doubting thomas' I would just play just those numbers and think this game as a Take 5 with only 23 numbers because I know that I will get 4 of 5 and even 5 of 5 time and time again within a short period of time. But what happens is that I lose focus and start taking numbers outside of this group. Again, my 'doubting thomas' personality goes off the path to a Jackpot. So I'm thinking. Maybe I should have two sets. One will be strictly with numbers from my tag and the other will be a mixture. This will be 10 lines each set. Two sets costing 20 bucks. Just thinking. I know ... I can't tell you how many times I've "decided" on a pool of numbers, saying that those will be the only ones I play, but then they take too long to show up or if I use power numbers that I think are good for 2 or 3 draws and they don't show, then I feel compelled to go over the workout to see what's "better" for the upcoming draw. So I change the sets ... then I don't have to say what happens right? In the meantime some of the draws that came out before my set finally shows could have been an independent wheel ... because money is being spent anyway and there are always a good amount of numbers that look great. | | |

Right! I feel your pain. I think after tomorrow's draw, I'm gonna try the two set experiment. If it works for New York, there's no reason it can't work for the other state.
