If the clerk gives me a hot tip on a number and it hits, then yes.

I look at it this way. They don't contribute to the cost, so why do they deserve money? The clerks don't give me a portion of the money back from the cost when I lose.

I Agree!

I believe that parallels can be drawn between tipping and charitable giving.

Statistics show that liberal people give very little to charity and conservative people are quite generous on average.

I don't know if there are any statistics on tipping but if liberal people are miserly with charities you would have to assume they're just as cheap with tipping too.

I remember when democrat al gore was running for President and had to provide his financial records, a lot of people were surprised to see that the fat, bloated pig, multi-millionaire hardly gave anything to charity.

    But I wasn't.

What size a tip , are we talkin about here.

I never had the chance to tip the guy at the Esso, where I won 25K. What should I have tipped him? I did all the work to hit 5/Bonus, was no quick pick!Evil

I have never won enough playing the lottery to even consider giving a tip.  Frown  But that could change anytime.  I would probably give the clerk a tip if it's the same one I regularly buy my tickets from.  Of course, maybe that's the problem?!?!  Maybe I need to switch up clerks?  Hmmmmmm . . .
