I tried OpenOffice Base but it will not export the Table to the correct .db (database). Matter of fact, OO Base will not even export a table at all. I tried Google search with the same question. Access 2010 no longer supports Paradox from what I read. Maybe someone here at LP might suggest a FREE text to paradox (.db) program to use. I found a program called Data Quick 6.6 but it is "buggy". I could not find anything "From to.db, only .db to -> Whatever."

For the pick 3 game and: Strategy #1 needs to work 40 or more past draws, so at least 40. # 2 needs at least 40. # 3 At least 2 past draws. # 4 Needs 60 or more. # 5 Needs 40 or more. # 6 Needs 3 or more. # 7 Needs at least 40. #8 Needs at least 40. #9 Needs at least 40. #10 Needs at least 40. So based on that 200 to 300 past draws should be enough if you also want to check the ranking, otherwise maybe 100 would do. -------------------- For the pick 4 game it says that it needs at least 40 past draws for any or all of the strategies.

I used to own the program, but when I moved, I can't find it. Don't remember if it came on a CD or floppy. Results were so-so. Nothing spectacular and too many combos to play.

Most of your hits are going to come from Strategies 1 and 2. Your straights mainly come from strategy 6. Doubles mainly come from strategies 7 and 8. Winsumloosesome Great Job! Lightning bolt really looks at the last 40 draws so anything past 40 other than strategy 4 you only need the last 40 draws to get accurate combos to play! Hope this helps! Sage thanks for your information. Keep this in mind. I also wanted to ask if anyone knows how each strategy is calculated to arrive at the combinations?

Hey Winsum- Wow! What a blast from the past! I do remember that it only worked off of the last 40 draws. I know that I have the book that accompanied the software and it explained somewhat of what each of the strategies tried to accomplish. But, I would have to find it. The software was created by Dean Salisbury. I wonder if it would operate in Windows 7 64 bit. I have my doubts. Good to see you posting again Winsum!
