Thats because they changed the liability limit from 3.0 mil to 1.5 mil....the stengy ass low lifes reduced the limit & they run a controlled game..... this is the reason i dont play anymore unless i go to some other state. I figured if they got tight, i can get even tighter !!! tkr You know I just found this out. I didn't know the liability had been changed to 1.5 million. Yes, it is a "controlled" game. Lots of people don't realize it but it is. The thing you have do to is to pick a winner that is not a favorite and then knock it out of the park. Posters are not forever... | | |
