Do you remember when Conveincesnd Grocery stores had quarterly NY State instant scratctch-off promotions.

You mailed in your special free Promotion subscription.  A few months later.players would received in the mail

two or three free Lottery and Instant Scratch Games.

I was wondering if NY State will bring it back.  It would be go way to introduce new Instant Scratch Off

games.

    Probable not.They save money by staying away from mail. I think thats why they went to second chance drawings. I hope they get back into raffles like the other states do.

      Oh so that's why they discontinued it.   Another question Do you think they will Instant Scratch Offs subusciptions

      at their website like they do Lotto and MegaMillions?
