  Hello everyone, new here today .... after lurking for a week. 

  I'm not seeing anywhere on the NYS Lottery site, where to send the scratch-off tickets, for a second chance to win.

   

  Do any of you know the address and procedure for that?

  Judging from all the views here, without any replies .... it looks like others are seeking this information also.

  I'm going to try and find a number to call, and hopefully, find the information if I can.

  Welcome to the forum! Don't worry too much about others viewing your thread without replying. I've noticed that too. Usually, it takes a few hundred views in order for one person to reply - if that makes any sense!

  To answer your query, the official NYS website will ocassionally hold 'second chance' lotteries, where one can send in their losing ticket for another chance to win, usually a minimal amount.

  Don't think they are holding any second chance lotteries, but keep checking the site. Like they say - Hey, you never know!

  At the ny lotto web page scroll down until you see sweepstakes on the left. Click then choose your game.  You will have to register.
