The poor schmucks at MUSL really can't brag about it because they always hype the annuity value, but the cash value for Saturday's drawing is more than the previous record, which was advertised as $365 million. That $365 million figure was based on much higher interest rates and a cash value of about $177 million.  At $193.4 million Saturdays' cash value is almost 10% higher, even though the advertised amount is almost 20% less.

The cash jackpot for next Wednesday will probably be a record US cash jackpot if it is not won on Saturday as well.  As far as I know, the record cash jackpot is $240 million, which is currently held by Mega Millions, when it had an annuity jackpot of $370 million.

now they just need to be beat mm cash record of 240m cash

gl with that pb, we need a 400m jackpot.

also jackpot prize contribution will be 63.9512 cents per play , is helping here big time.

why the odds are lower, jackpot reach's same level with half  number of tickets overall sold before,

also this current 177m cash record is a lowball

anytime jackpot gets this High, they always lowball the hell out of amount at first
