I was wondering what you guys thought about this one.do you think that the lottery office that prints up the scratch offs know which rolls are winners and even which town and store they are being shipped to?

    I believe the overall concensus is NOBODY knows where the winning tickets are, not even lottery officials. I could be wrong though. I guess it would also depend on the state in which you play.

      I am pretty sure the tickets are printed by independent companies. I would hope that nobody knows where the winners are. I would hope that there is no way a high level employee from the printing company would have no way of knowing what rolls have huge winners and then go seek them out.
