I do have windows 7 I re-downloaded and now I guess its doing what its supposed to but Im still missing something. I enter 3 quick picks using 2 digits as you stated and what it does is move them down to the combo area. Is that right ?? 
yep, after you enter the full combo it goes to the Conbinations list. right now if you make a mistake, you'll have to clear the combinations list and start over. it's an old program from our 32-bit Visual Basic 6 stockpile and it's 'as is' right now. we've cleaned it up as much as we can. Thanks this was a test program we were working with. it was meant to be integrated with it as a tool, but never got added. usually we'll test an idea separate from the main program and then add it later. we have a few of these ideas laying about and may work them in to something at some point. Actually, you don't have to set the Base Set at the full number of balls in a given lottery. Let's say you are using an analyzer to come up with a set of numbers and you also do Quick Picks. You notice the Quick Picks you've been getting aren't so great, but you still analyze and and pick your own numbers. You can enter the numbers you've come up with, put them in the Base Set; enter your Quick Picks and eliminate one, some or all of them from your analyzed numbers to reduce it down further. From the previous example we posted in the beginning of this thread, it would look something like the following: 
Notice the original Base Set is now reduced from 20 to 10 in the Play Numbers. However, here's the Kicker, if the Quick Picks all of a sudden become hot, we-he-he-ll you know what happens then. We'd say play arround with it in numbers and in settings to see what works best for you and your budget. Presented 'AS IS' and for Entertainment Purposes Only.

Also, you don't have to put in any Base Set numbers. In the previous example, you could use just the 15 - Exclusion or Inclusion numbers as a set in a wheel and come up with a whole new set of Quick Pick combos. Here too, if the Quick Picks got Hot, well we say no more.

I'm still working on it. Can a wheel be modified to this program to with keys etc? I performed the autofill and it included the 5 qp #'s. In relation to key numbers, you'd have to rework the Play Numbers to fit what you are doing with a key number.
None of this is restrictive and keep in mind it's very generalized.
There could be a plan to further investigate the possibility of the inclusion of the implications of the by Column elimination, but we don't want to give away too much, it'sh Top Shecrect shtuff. Presented 'AS IS' and for Entertainment Purposes Only.
