The reason why a selection of numbers that were generated with a drawing done in another state will produce a hit somewhere is because it's a random drawing. No one knows when a digit might pop out. There are some people that play both pick3 and pick4 when doing their workouts will use the number drawn in another state. This is when it is important for one to do a little research as to how the numbers in their state fall and track which state their numbers follow. I don't play all the states, because I don't play on line. I do however think that you ask a lot of useless questions that have already been answered for you. If you see something here that you would like to play well by all means play them, you might get LUCKY...but please do me a favor and not ask me why, how, or which one will fall. Those are questions I have no answer for. You will just have to play or not play, you see that choice is left up to you and you only. Find a good daily workout if you don't have one and compare your results before selecting your numbers....not trying to be short with you but this is not a training thread and this is not the place to ask questions and I'm not the Teacher assigned to Lottery 101.
