Okay, on last night's news, I saw that this convenience store was in the spotlight...BIGTIME. According to the report, this store produces the absolute most, and, highest percentage of BIG winners...PERIOD. I've heard and been told about it but, I just wrote it off as hype a long time ago and it seems to be proving me wrong. After some research, I've learned that several million dollar winners, many, many $1K winners, and countless $100-$500 winners have been realized at that one location.

This store see's more people in the run of a day than some stores might see in a week for both lottery and scratch-off tickets which is a very, very good thing and I'll share why. In theory, the more scratch-off tickets of any type that are sold, the better the chance of a big winners being produced because those rolls are being replenished very frequently. What does this mean? Well, if Store "B" isn't seeing near the customers as Store "A", which moves several times more tickets, then Store "A" has much better odds of receiving rolls with winners...because they move so many. Make sense...maybe a little bit?

Anyhow, I wanted to know if anyone here, within the Houston/Katy/Rosenburg etc. has ever been to this store for scratch tickets and got a winner of any sort? I'm not too far from and I'm definitley considering making a "ticket run" just to try my hand! I haven't bought a scratcher in probably over a year! Maybe this a sign that I finally need to go. Hmmmm....

Any thoughts...Comments...Experiences???

I don't see how selling more tickets would produce more big winners in one area. You would think the top prizes are spread out throughout the states. We have the same problem. NY is a big state, and almost all top winners are sold in the NYC area and it's a big letdown.

The Next time I am in the Houston area I will swing buy a grab a couple of tickets from there. Reminds me of the store/s on Lotery change my life the one in Wisconsin that sold a lot of winning tickets.

I do noice that a lot of Million Dollar Scratch off tickets winners are sold in the south Texas area.
