If I won a small jackpot win from a scratch ticket or 100,000 bucks small jackpot from the Powerball here's what "little things" I would do buy my own laptop buy a bunch of Computer programming books and CDs including Visual Basic and force myself to learn that stuff. Never learned C++ either. Christmas shopping go to red lobster at least once just to try out the lobster to see if its any good buy myself new clothes especially a nice dress shirt and pants for job interviews. a year supply of Right Guard solid clear gel deodorant. That stuff is getting pricey these days.

Sometimes when I'm in an extra good mood in the Starbucks drive-thru I'll pay for the drink(s) of the car behind me. I'd like to do that for a whole line of cars one day

It might be getting tucked into the tip jar or somebody's pocket.

I pay with a card and make sure to get a receipt. Also, the bewildered, then gleeful look on the driver's face in my rearview mirror as the cashier tells them that their drink is paid for usually confirms it

I would take a long hot bubble bath with the works - bath salts and baddedas in a secluded location as I take it all in. "Freedom of Speech? Keep reading and you will discover that freedom comes at a price!"

A Win under $1000 , I would donate to " Wounded Warriors Fund " When America tolerates corruption in government, she dishonors the price veterans paid! I am in fact honoring the office of the president when I point out that which corrupts the office he holds. I will never honor any man or woman in office who disrespects the sacrifice of those who put him or her there. Never. And neither will anyone who is a true American patriot.

I am not talking about the the house or car or the trip but something that would be on your minor bucket list (after the hoopla died down and you are contemplating "what next?"), maybe it does not even cost a lot but you just never had the time. I would like to search out and buy all the Nancy Drew books (60 plus...the hard back yellow ones) and read all of them. You can read one in a couple of hours. I was amused by the fact that Nancy always packed "crisp" clean dresses in her suitcase and they remained that way...lol Several of my books from childhood were destroyed in some flooding years ago. I already responded but I wanted to be sure I'm clear on what you're asking. We won the jackpot correct? And you're asking what would be the first small treat under 1k? "Freedom of Speech? Keep reading and you will discover that freedom comes at a price!"
