I'm Maryland-based. The keno I play is state lottery keno. I've never been to a casino. Not sure if there's much difference between live keno/video keno and state lottery keno. I'm still reading "Powerful Profits from Keno" book by Victor Royer. Seems like the book is not too helpful regarding state lottery keno but I'll try to apply what I read from the book to state lottery keno. Bad idea?

just remember the payouts will be dofferent for casino, vs state lotto, i think state lotto pays less.  so when following  a plan,  you have to change the  numbers to match the payouts you get.

May  " The lotto goddess may be blind and heartless, but she also has a wicked sense of humor. "

    mon/ lotto [8.8]   tue/oz lotto []   wed/ lotto [8.8]  thur/ power ball []  sat/ lotto [] sat /pools [] keno [21]20 scratch  []

    jan loss=[260.25] wins= 189; feb loss= [190.05]  wins =182.6; mar loss= [311.9] wins = 107.35; apr loss= [320.30] wins= 107.50

    2013 YTD loss[1032] wins = 585   2012 total spend =[2486.10], wins = 2176.70 ; year total = -$309.40

I posted this about repetition and skips: http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/246034
The example is calculated with Keno 20/70.

      What techniques will you apply?

The book "Powerful Profits from Keno" by Victor Royer is expensive ($163.07 @ Amazon).  Is it worth the investment?  Can it be used for lottery Keno?

How could anything on Keno be worth $163. ?? Cant you just go to the library and learn of RNG which all machines use?

A lot of "how to get rich" books have high $$$ prices. People who buy them have convinced themselves they are getting rich and it doesn't matter how much it costs to get a book. Its a "specialty" book for sure.

Was surprised to see this. I paid about $15.00 for this book a few years ago and shucked in the "free" book box I keep in my front yard after awhile. These kinds of books just give general information and basic fundimentals how to play,no real "systems". It was kind of dull to me.

Sometimes when books go out of print and they're old the price suddenly shoots up.

I play Keno occasionally - mostly Ohio, but sometimes in Michigan too.  (Live close enough to the border to easily be able to play both states.)
Haven't really put a lot of time into thinking of a strategy.  Perhaps I should look into that a little more!
