Post Your IL Lucky Day Lotto EZmatch Results Here!

Ok, here is the new thread to post your results from the new EZmatch game that is associated with the Lucky Day Lotto game in Illinois. This game used to be called Little Lotto. But they changed the name. In order to participate in the EZmatch game, you have to tell the lotto rep that you want to add the $1 to the Lucky Day Lotto ticket and the results will automatically print up on your ticket.

It looks like this:

A. 02 04 07 10 32 (these are your regular numbers that you picked for the daily drawing)

EZmatch -  YES (it will say NO if you didn't pay the extra $1)

These are my actual results from today. I won $3.00. All of the other numbers were for $500 and I won only $3.00. Coincidence? I don't think so! Your thoughts?

Post your results here. It will be interesting to see if anyone ever wins big, i.e. over $50 or $100 and not just the $2 or $3 winners. This is the second ticket I won, as the first won I bought last week I matched one number for $5. Good luck!

Ohio recently came out with a bunch of EZPlay games that print out results instantly but I don't play them because I figure they are for players who get a thrill losing money playing games they don't understand.

Somehow I have a feeling though that it's easier to win this match than it is to win a darn instant scratch off game...

So far I've won $1 three times, on the # 25 once and the # 37 twice.

I think this game is similar to scratchers in the sense that if you look at the EZmatch prizes and they're all high you probably don't have any matches.

LOL, I noticed the same thing with the Lucky Sum on the Pick3 in TN when I tried it a few times when it first came out.

If there was a bunch of high prizes, you won't match any of the sums.

If there were low prizes, you had a chance. 

Yeah ridge, makes you wonder.

On six tickets I played the first EZmatch numbers were 02, 06, 01, 04, 03, and 01.....

So I had the brilliant idea to play

02   03  04  05  07 (because playing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 just isn't done!)

and as you can see the EZmatch walked right between the raindrops!

I also played another ticket with the first three numbers being single digits and the first match number on that one was 19.

Interesting that it skipped my 17 and went to 18 and 19!

How tempting is it to take the EZmatch numbers and play them as another Lucky Day Lotto ticket?

That could sure turn into a trap though.

True. I wonder if this is just another way for them to make an extra buck off us without us realizing we are getting hosed, i.e. paying the extra $1 for Mega or Powerball Powerplays...

Played two Lucky Day Lotto games today, but only one EZMatch and won, take a guess, yeah $1.00. What's interesting is on the Illinois Lottery Facebook page, someone was criticizing the game and here is what they posted:

"The overall odds of winning an EZ Match prize are 1 in 4.89. The odds of winning a top $500 prize are 1 in 210,000."

The most I've won so far on EZ Match is $3.  My local retailer told me I was better off putting the extra dollar on another Lucky Day ticket.  I decided to find out what the odds were and this is what the Il Lottery  sent me.
