it just so happens I was scouring around this morning for weekend consistency and I found 68 or 98 pair with digit 3  or 7.

Your 386/389 matches so I will play them today and tomorrow.For BA's root9  ,he listed these in yellow and today the post expires.If Conn stays true to other states currently,then 027  459  279   621  should be it.But CT is a pathetic repeater so 099 or 225 is also plausable
