Heard about that incident. Surprises me though, he's been doing that same motivational technique for years at past seminars with no mishaps.

Guess someone forget their lesson on "ignoring the searing pain, as the hot coals melt off all 21 layers of your skin instantly". 

I think another motivational group is considering having their students jump out of planes at 15,000 without a parachute.  From this point the

freshly trained students are instructed to make their parachutes re-appear, just of out sheer will and motivational determination!

Fascinating that people are willing to pay thousands for the privilege of going through these exercises.

Likey that an underpaid student or perhaps a "volunteer" prepared the coals for walking on. Same thing that happened to Ray out here a few years ago. When attending his own sweat lodge ceremony he had to sit near the opening in the tent to survive, other didnt.

I like the non- parachute jump. Suggests confidence, and a willingness to go where no man has gone before.

The jump worked out just fine in Moonraker.
