Technics Test Lab

This where i will test systems to see if anything sticks. all ideas and positive feedback is welcome. what i am hoping to find is a connection between a few states that will allow us to trap numbers easily. with data placed in one spot it will be easy to track and see. still working on trapping triples like i used to do as well has helping with doubles.

Smart picks is something i developed to pick a possible winner out of just 4 numbers...if it happens to not work in the intended state we may possibly find a connecting state that it does work work it...i find nc and ga are very well connected and at times there numbers point to each other instead of themselves....so lets try my smart picks in as many states as possible. now this system will either pick the whole winning number or at least 2 out of three digits. I will pick states i like but will also do requests.
