I bought the new Carolina black, even after the first time around i didnt win much on the scracthers.   But hey second time maybe new luck, right? well i scracthed it off and I has ALL 4 winning numbers on my card!! with a complete winning card!!!4 winning numbers I won 4 dollars!! Yes you got it my winning card had me lose $1 ..... Now that is a lottery that can kiss my azz!!! I would never and will never buy another NC lottery is SO rigged!! a 4 winner card makes you a loser!!

      I have never heard of a card where you won less than its value.

        Can you post a pic of it at forums/scratchoff games. Played NC scratchers and yes their bad. You have to spend 10$ to win a mill.

          In AZ its $20 to win $500k. That twice the money for half the prize.

            I visted the NC Lotto website, and clicked on Carolina Black ($5 scratcher), and reviewed the prize structure. The minimum prize amount for

            this ticket is $5 (as is with probably all $5 scratchers). How is it that you wound up with any $1 prize at all??? If you had four winning numbers

            that should have translated to a minimum of $20, not $4.

             

            Can you upload a photo of this scratcher? Your a new member, so probably not.
