North Carolina...05 pair 054 * 059(056) * 052* I found a separate anomaly (2 of them actually) to support the 05. http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/248063/2599731 The second I found is hard to nail down a good set of 3rd digits, but the one I found suggests an evening hit, as well as either a front or split pair. 054,051,053 or 045,015,035.

NC is for the most part why I keep this thread going.It has a high apptitude overall in the consistencey dept. for anomalies.NEVER JUST RELY ON THE NC ARCHIVE!! Any southern or adjoining state should do.You've been doing a kick-as* job with your approach.Don't let any misses discourage you.The whole concept was dedicated to those who love P3 and don't know what to play or those who have a few bucks they wanna bang on 1 or 2 numbers to get a winfall.Either way,the true success lies in comparisons to what most on any given state are feelin'/predicting.Nothing in this world is 100 percent.
