Anyone who has been with this site for any length of time, has heard of every possible reason why the lotteries are rigged.   

Here are some popular ones, feel free to add/delete to this list as you believe.   

A. Only certain geographic areas of the country are always winning the big games. (ex. New York, California, certain mid-west towns). 

B. Only certain demographics of people are always winning the big jackpots. (ex. White, professional, rich, intelligent people). 

C. The lottery balls are rigged/programmed to come out a certain way favoring the lottery.   

D. The people that are winning these jackpots, are fictitious or made up by the evil lottery executives.   

E. Certain races of people are on the "racist list" of the lotteries, and therefore will never win. 

F. The lottery waits until the very last minute, until most numbers are played, and then purposely chooses other numbers that will generate

      the least amount of winnings for all players.

G. The lotteries send out covert agents into the private sector to spy for them. 

H. The lotteries hate all the players, and plot ways to kill them off, in the slowest and most painful death they can devise. 

       (I just made that one up, although it's probably a theory that many adhere to?).

Oh that's a BIG ONE, although that would probably constitute another topic altogether. I did a thread many months ago, about aliens

and numbers that were living entities, that played naughty tricks on Earths unsuspecting lottery players. 

Well I am about to start my own conspiracy rant about living in the DC area.  Now the cable went out in the area when I decided to watch TV.  I spent Saturday with neighbors and friends warming up water for coffee on a grill and food in major 100 degree heat.  But at least my electricity came back on last evening...still lots of refrig. food to throw out. What next, another earthquake?

Sorry to hear about your power loss Artist! I suppose there is no real "good" time to lose the juice. In the winter time it's freezing, right

when you really need that heat  , in the summer your frying your ass off trying to keep cool.
