Apparently no comment from the GA Lottery Commission. Someone must have leaked this "rumor" from within internal ranks. Wonder if this is the next step for a more proactive lottery system, to head off any attempt of players to remain anonymous? Right, because it saves on the advertising budget when they exploit winners.

Georgia and Illinois are mirror states. Maybe that goes beyond just numbers and Georgia is getting ready for internet lotto play like Illinois has, or maybe this rumor is part of a marketing test for that very thing.
