weird scratcher sequence

I have been buying the same 10 dollar scatcher for a couple a months now from different towns here in ct.i have noticed that my tickets from one store would be number 26,and when i purchase that same ticket from another store would be number 27 or 25. I have 14 unscratched tickets with numbers like these from purchased from different stores.coincidence or wierd.what do u think?

doesn't the number refer to where its placed in the rack so you can ask for it by number ?

Are you talking about the number on the front of the display case, like haymaker mentioned, or the number on the front of the ticket on the bottom right?

I think it's a sign.  Of what, I have no idea.  But it IS a sign.

Depends on the size of your town, how many shops are in it and who is buying the tickets.

Someone out there must be feeling the same way as you from your area...maybe they're getting #23 from one store and #22 or #24

from the next.

How does this sound? If you have a small shop or two, it's possible ticket #'s can sit there unpurchased depending on who likes what

ticket, what days they're buying them, what days you're buying them and which tickets are more popular among players.

I've come across some shops that just don't do well with the ticket sales: I get a ticket and say I get #105...well, next day #106 is

still there...that tells me no one likes that one or that they just chose something else to take a chance on.

Or how does this sound...maybe it is a sign to put those pairs into play in your states pick 4..2627, 2725, 2625 OR maybe

since I'm reading this and you've got me thinking about it....I should put them into MY states pick 4 plays.

Sh*t, just checked it out, sure enough...tonight PA pick 4 = 6522 - so much for that.

All is not lost, I'm game for 1425, 1426 and 1427.

If you mean the number usually in a white box on the bottom right of the ticket, I think that's just the number of that ticket in that particular roll. In other words, all rolls are numbered like that.

Maybe one of the clerks here on LP can let us know.
