I got the Powerball  4  last night as I always Q-pick that part

Using the same bonus number till it hits has left me standing at the alter waiting as many as 40-60 draws before hitting it ONCE...........  THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR...... AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT.
