What is this new game play starting on Monday? There was a lady trying to play for next week and the clerk said no numbers pass Sunday in pick 4. She had a new playslip. Has anyone heard about it? I don't know all the details, but they are going to start using combo bets in the pick4 as of Sept 17. They will have $1, .50c, .25c, .10c combos is what I've heard. Again, I haven't heard details from the retailers so I don't know how accurate this is. But the current playslips won't be any good as of the 17th. this I do know. If there are new playslips already available it should say on the back. When looking for winning #'s, keep your mind open as well as your eyes. Patterns are every where. The trick is to spot them before they change. | | |

So....... for a 24 way combo wager @ $.25 is $6.00 so you cover a 24 way for $6 but the pay out is $1250 for a hit on any of the boxes>>>>>>> not bad but you get a 1099G still. So a 24 way $1.00 bet combo is $24 to cover all the combos for a straight $5k hit.

The combo play.........plays every box number straight for the wager amount, so like four4me says a 24 way @ $1.00 bet like 1234 is $24 24 straight plays, a double is 1123 12 ways $12 a double/double 1122 6ways $6 a trip 1112 4 ways $4 a 1111 $1 1way $1. | | |

You don't need to get 1099G for a $1,250 payout on a .25c / $6.00 combo. bet. (Unless you want to).  What you do is, play a $1.00 box 6 times. You win $200 per ticket. Total $1,200.
